How would you describe your experience level in regards to lifting weights*?
I’m completely new, I’ve never lifted weights before
I’ve dabbled in the gym, and can do some machine exercises, but I’m not confident in my ability to do many free-weight exercises like squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, etc
I’m confident in my technique in most basic gym exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench presses, pull ups, glute ham raises, etc)
I’m a lifetime pro --- I’ve been a gym rat for years and am familiar with many different exercises and training protocols. I just need help stepping it up a notch!
